How booking works
Kenya or Rwanda: pick a ready-made tour or build your own safari.
Add dates, travellers and hotels. Your total updates as you go, then send your request.

Pay the balance before your start date. Our representative meets you at the airport or your hotel.

Self-booking
This tour has no overnight stay, so the accommodation level doesn't apply.
Rates shown are the hotels' published rates per night, for guidance. They change with season and room type, and we confirm your exact rate with your booking.
You'll get a booking reference right away. We confirm availability and send deposit payment details within 24 hours.
Permit only
Already have your own transport and lodge? Reserve just the permits. Permits are limited each day, so book early.
We check availability with the Rwanda Development Board and confirm within 24 hours. Passport details are needed for each trekker before the permit is issued.

Payments
Pay once we've confirmed your booking. Use your booking reference (for example DAC-261009-AB12) as the payment reference so we can match it to your trip.
We'll email a receipt for every payment. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
